Не могу сделать ни одного квеста в классовом оплоте, хочу разблокировать 3-ью реликвию, подскажите как это сделать ??

i had to use google translate to find out what you were saying,

 

however, all you have to do to unlock the 3rd relic slot is to get  your artifact weapon to level 14, and it will unlock automaticly.

No class halls work as of now, except for leveling your artifact weapon and unlocking 2nd legendary slot i believe.
